I used to be uncomfortable admitting it...I used to pretend that it didn't drive me crazy...I used to try to not look there first. Thank goodness those days are in the past.

I am now happy to admit I have got a serious fetish. One that I don't mind indulging in as often as I can.

Three years ago I realized that I spent most of my work day on the Food Network website, looking for the biggest and best recipe I could make each night for dinner.  That's when I decided I wanted to pursue a culinary profession...

One word, Tapas!  Everyone loves them, they are fun and easy to make, and there are virtually no leftovers. Here are two of my favorite Tapas to make for my friends.

Benny Lava - Loony Bun

Simply put, this is as brilliant a piece of footage as I've ever seen. I can't say that I've ever been a fan of Indian Pop, but watching it while reading someone's guesses as to what the words sound like in English bring tears to my eyes. 

There are lines in here that couldn't be better. I am a particular fan of  "Who put the goat in there" and the all time refrain starting at the 1:25 mark in the video.

Just trust me on this, few things will make you laugh like this.
